Image 3 - SEO Tool for Search Engine Optimisation. At the Top Centre Image 3 of any page on the website, you will see the word Google - Select it and you will see 4 lines. These lines of text are what you say to Search Engines and to people who use Search.
 1. Website Title. What you put in here appears on every page, so choose well in less than 70 characters as Google sees this first. Start with what you do, where and who you are, so we say Web Designers Galway Sligo Dublin Donegal - MeanWeb Ltd
2. Page Title - this refers to the content of the individual page in less than 100 characters using Keywords from the page content and this is what people see in search results.
3. Description - In less than 200 characters describe the page content some more in plain english.
4. Keywords  - 200 characters just keywords relating to each page - this is for search Robots, so no sentences, just Keywords

Underneath this you will see your Google Analytics tracking code - Do NOT touch this as we will apply the number for you and Google uses it as a way of recognising the website - it never changes.

Lastly you will see a box to the right where you can Rank the importance of your pages, from Highest to Low. Home page is usually Highest and so on.

How do you add an image or edit text ? Go to www.examplename.ie/login.aspx , then login. At the Top Right Click 'Turn on Formatting', then go to the page you want to edit, Hover or the article you want to edit and Click on 'Edit'. This will allow you edit the text.
To Add an image, put the cursor where you want the image to appear and then Click on the usual icon for adding an image. It looks like a mountain 6th in from right hand side.  A box will open and you will be prompted to add an image by browsing to it on your PC or in the existing Gallery. Upload the image, edit the Alternate Text to give it a logical name and insert (use useful keywords from the article), Then at bottom right Click on the green Save Changes button. That’s it done. Tip: Keep images low res for web less than 300kb and no more than about 400px in width or height

If you want a wider pallet of editor tools make sure the Full Tool Set is selected - see on Right hand side outside box.
Once you populate these pages with content, the next job is to tidy the onsite SEO again - see  Image 3 above.
